1. Descriptions
of many attractive places from my Andaman & Nicobar trip have not found
place in my articles. The most honest reason would be- at the end of every
particular day, I was dead tired to write.
2. People in
Andaman & Nicobar are warm and welcoming. They know it well that maximum of
their state’s earning is from tourism.
3. For those
who are worried that language may pose as a communication barrier from the fact
that population consists of Bengalis and South Indians- 80-90% of people speak
Hindi as fluent as a Delhi wala.
4. For
vegetarians, Andaman & Nicobar may not look good. The reason is- vegetarian
food is costlier than non-vegetarian in some places. And also the taste is not
so exciting.
For
non-vegetarians, Andaman & Nicobar is heaven! You can try n number of sea
food. But don’t travel to Havelock in the hope that you will get cheap seafood
there. It’s all opposite in Havelock. Food is costly. And you can’t blame the
owners of hut size restaurants. They get a very less margin for themselves.
5. Elephant
beach in Havelock is the best place for meditation. Try to get there early in
morning.

6. Alcohol is cheap and can be best enjoyed with
fried fish.
7. Dear
excited North Indians please don’t indulge in any kind of stupidity as you will
see fair skin in bikini. If you do, may God save your ass from getting kicked!
On a serious
note- Enjoy and let others enjoy too!
8. Better to
travel in a private cruise from Port Blair to Havelock.
9. Carry
minimum of make-up and shiny clothes. No one really cares who are you and what
you are wearing. Especially newly wedded brides!
10. Eat
light before jumping into water. And strictly avoid alcohol. You have whole
night to get stoned!
11. Last
one- when you are sitting half naked in a beach, close your eyes and try to go
back in a flashback. Remember those who have departed from this earth and try
to see them in the blue sky. Pray for them who are still close to you and thank
the God who is looking at you from the sky.
You will
love that moment when a drop of tear will roll down from your happy eye!
